As a Targeted Individual for the past thirty-six years, none of this surprises me. I have been attacked by directed energy weapons in various ways for decades. I have also seen "plasma fires" (orange fires which do not consume material) in front of my house several times at night. I've always known these are caused by directed energy weapons. This report almost makes pulsed microwave attacks sound quaint, though of course they're not. The most devastating aspect of scalar weapons is that it is impossible to shield anything, including a living body, from them.
Although lengthy (heat is insane here today, had the time), I was enthralled with this pile of information, even going as far as to discover other crazy stories along my path of research as a result of your posting. As always, many thanks for your diligence and quest for the truth.
