Re Andrew’s comment saying that perhaps we’re not ready for the ‘exotic technology’. Ready or not, it’s already here and in the hands of evil people. So no, it’s not an option to say that we’re not ready for it. It needs to be brought into the light so that they cannot use it again against the people and instead it can be used for the good of the people.

Dr Wood compared the FIELD EFFECTS to the use of microwaves, when discussing the work of John Hutchison.... Where he creates a static field, and in that static field he uses intersecting sound and microwaves that unlock some sort of key, that causes the weird effects to the objects in the target area.
